We conduct a number of learn to sail theory courses from our base in Airlie Beach. These include Navigation and Celestial Navigation. We are also able to provide shore based learn to sail theory courses for these components of the Yachting Australia Yacht Cruising Courses.

Private Instruction
Private Instruction for one or two students is available on our learn to sail vessels. You will enjoy the privacy and attention of your very own learn to sail instructor. While the cost per day is a little higher the courses will often be a little shorter due to the low student to instructor ratio. Please contact us for details and availability.

Tailored Training / Career Placements
The Whitsunday Marine Academy is part of the Aussie Adventure Sailing fleet. As such we have access to over 14 vessels for crew training. For those interested in a career in sailing we can offer training packages over 1 to 6 months tailored to your career aspirations.
